The Regional Authority of the South Moravian Region is in charge of spatial planning under Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on town and country planning and building codes (the Building Act), as amended.
Every two years, the Regional Authority updates the land-use planning analytical data (UAP) of the South Moravian Region. Land–use analytical data are the basic data used for spatial planning that serves to create/update land-use development principles.
